After college, Barry Remington earned his Real Estate License, but he got side-tracked for 20 years working in the radio business. He specialized in selling Broncos and Rockies advertising for local radio station KOA. This experience provided Barry with great sales skills, but he recognized that the radio business model was headed in a dire direction. It was upon that realization, Barry’s lovely and insightful wife Brigitte asked, “Why don’t you go back into real estate?” Following his wife’s suggestion turned out to be one of the best decisions of Barry’s life!
Barry’s personality allows him to handle the ups and downs for both buyers and sellers in this very intense market. His daughter Cassie joined him to form the Barry Remington Team. Things really fell into place and the business started to grow. Cassie brings a fresh perspective and plenty of laughs to the team. They enjoy working with the great people in Superior. Hosting open houses in the neighborhood is always fun as they have many friends and clients who will just pop in to say hello. Every transaction has its own flare, opportunities, and challenges – often helping sellers leave their homes of 20+ years and assisting buyers who are thrilled to move here.
The Marshall Fire caused life-altering destruction and heartbreak, and the Remington family has many dear friends and clients who have lost everything. Despite the unimaginable tough start to the year for so many, they are trying to focus on the positives – admiring the community for rallying to find ways to support these families and begin the process of rebuilding.
As a native of Coloradoans, the Remington family has lived in Boulder County for 35 years and in Superior for over 20 years. While the Barry Remington Team serves clients across the front range, they have immense pride for the little slice of Colorado that is Superior and are always thrilled when they work with a client in the community. Being very hands-on with clients in Superior, they often find themselves jumping in the car to assist clients a moment’s notice.
