Business License

Section 6-1-20 of the Superior Municipal Code requires a Business License for all businesses collecting Town sales taxes.  A Business License Application Form is to be submitted annually to the Town Clerk by January 1.

Incentives

The Town of Superior seeks to assist businesses expanding, starting-up or relocating within our Town. The Town is committed to creating a strong business climate by providing performance-based incentives to qualifying companies that focus on:

• Job creation
• Employee training
• Infrastructure improvements

All incentives are granted on a case-by-case basis depending on the type of company, the number of employees, wages, and location of the project.

The state has several business incentive programs offered through the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade.

  • RTD Denver – The EcoPass allows employers to purchase and opt into an unlimited bus program for their employees.
