Superior Business Spotlight: YoGallery Wellness

YoGallery Wellness is not just your average yoga studio. It is a place where physical, mental, and emotional wellness converge to create a truly transformative experience for its members. Located inside the Blue Sport Stable in Superior, Colorado, YoGallery Wellness offers a variety of heated and non-heated yoga, barre, and studio classes. In partnership with IMPACT Sport, members also have access to CrossFit, Boxing, HIIT, and open gym facilities, providing a comprehensive approach to overall well-being.

The origin story of YoGallery Wellness is one of personal transformation and a deep passion for sharing the benefits of yoga with others. Co-founders Kelsey and Brendan had spent most of their lives chasing external measures of success but felt an inexplicable void. It was the introduction of yoga that brought about a profound shift in their lives, not just physically but mentally and emotionally. This newfound sense of peace and presence inspired them to share the gift of yoga with their community, leading to the birth of YoGallery Wellness.

After many moves looking for a place to call home—Kelsey and Brendan discovered what they were looking for: Superior; a community that felt like home where they could walk into the local tap house and being greeted by name. Finding belonging in the community, and with the support of fellow small business owners, town officials, and community members—they decided to open YoGallery Wellness in Superior to create a wellness space that fosters love and inclusivity aligns perfectly with the values of Superior.

Kelsey is an E-RYT 200—meaning she is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher 200 hour. This credential signifies that a yoga teacher has completed a 200-hour teacher training with a Registered Yoga School, has at least 1,000 hours of teaching experience since completing training, and has taught for at least two years post-training. Brendan is an ACE certified personal trainer—meaning he is certified through the American Council of Exercise. He has a background in mental health therapy, with Master’s level training in mindfulness. Brendan also teaches a variety of other fitness formats including strength training & athletic conditioning, bootcamp, and HIIT classes, and he also offers Personal Training with Impact.

For many, coming to a yoga studio for the first time can feel scary and intimidating, and Kelsey and Brendan have designed the YoGallery studio as a judgment-free zone where everyone is invited to come as they are and feel seen, heard, and loved. Together, Kelsey and Brendan have created a welcoming environment where individuals can explore the practice of yoga and experience its transformative power. YoGallery Wellness is a community of like-minded individuals on a shared journey of growth and self-discovery. The studio uplifts and empowers members to embrace their authentic selves. The co-founders hope that the community will experience the same “aha moment” they did, finding not only physical benefits but also mental and emotional healing through yoga.

The Grand Opening of YoGallery Wellness is scheduled for September 10th at 10:30 am. The studio will be offering a free 60-minute all-levels Vinyasa Yoga Class followed by drinks and snacks to meet and mingle with the new community of yogis. This event promises to be a celebration of yoga, community, and the power of transformation.

At YoGallery Wellness, yoga is not just a physical practice; it is a way of life. The studio encourages members to translate their experiences on the mat into their daily lives, finding answers within themselves and expressing themselves through movement and breath. Their mission is to provide a freeing, adaptive, and empowering environment for all members, where they can experience the true essence of yoga. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, YoGallery Wellness welcomes you with open arms to join their vibrant community and embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth.
