The Town of Superior provides economic development incentives for projects of economic significance on a case-by-case basis. While this program does not have specific project qualifications, match funding requirements or funding limits, applications are heavily scrutinized to ensure public benefit and that the scope of the project is in alignment with Superior’s economic development mission. Financial support is provided by the Town of Superior in the form of Rebates and/or a Grant.

The Regional Transportation District (RTD) works with businesses of all sizes to create a transit benefit mix tailored to your company and employees. All eligible employees enrolled in EcoPass will receive an electronic travel token that allows for unlimited rides on RTD buses and trains, connecting them to your business with a safe and reliable commuting option that operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

The Startup Colorado Funding Database provides an easy-to-navigate list of funding options for startups and early-stage businesses which includes:

The Colorado Enterprise Fund provides loans and technical assistance to small businesses and startups that may not qualify for traditional financing. With a focus on underserved communities, CEF helps businesses access capital for equipment, working capital, or expansion—while also offering one-on-one business coaching.
B:Side Capital is a mission-driven lender offering SBA 504 and 7(a) loans to help small businesses grow and thrive. They work closely with banks and business owners to finance real estate, equipment, and other key investments—supporting long-term success and job creation.
Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) supports small business growth in Colorado by offering financing tools and tax credit programs that increase access to capital, especially for underserved entrepreneurs. Through partnerships with lenders and community organizations, CHFA helps businesses secure funding for facilities, equipment, and expansion.
